Cruffin is Tartu's very own croissanterie.
A cosy, aroma-filled bakery where real handcrafted croissants are baked fresh every morning. In just a few years, Cruffin has become a beloved meeting place — a spot where you can enjoy a quiet coffee alone or linger with friends. Either way, you’re always welcome.
You'll always find a selection of classic flavours at the counter — but also a few surprises, like our cheesecake croissant, which has won more hearts than most people ever do. Our sourdough is also a safe bet, loved by both locals and visitors from afar.
Cruffin is more than just a bakery. On weekends, we serve a brunch menu that’s perfect for enjoying with friends or family. In the summer months, we also offer handcrafted ice cream made in-house using our own recipes. And for coffee lovers, there’s always high-quality Paper Mill coffee — the perfect companion to any pastry.

Our sourdough is vegan, but there are no gluten free options.
To each their own :) We don't make custom cakes, but all of our pastries are available to order in any quantity. If your order is more than 100€, we can offer delivery as well. If interested, please write to us at sai@cruffin.ee
Yes! We're always open to passionate people interested in learning about bread. B2 level of Estonian is required to work in our kitchen.
