Slow weekend mornings at Cruffin

There's no rush on a weekend morning. Our first bakery sits in the Aparaaditehas creative quarter — a place that smells of fresh bread, where you find yourself lingering at the table long after you'd meant to leave. That's exactly what our brunch is for.

Local produce, flavours of the world

It all starts with local small producers: Äntu organic eggs, Andre cheese, beef from Liivimaa Lihaveis. And of course our own sourdough, risen and baked right here on site. From there, we'll take you on a little trip around the world — Turkish eggs with yogurt dip, beef & cheese on Japanese milk bread, folded egg with salsa roja.   • Brunch: Saturday and Sunday 10-15
